How do your ventures connect?

Each venture serves a different part of our community—kids’ dance, wellness, safety, and community resources—but they’re all rooted in building connection, confidence, and support for families across Eagle County.

How do I register for a class, event, or program?

Visit our website’s registration page and choose the program that fits your needs. You’ll be guided step by step, and we’re always here to help if you get stuck.

Do you offer bilingual support?

Yes! Many of our classes, resources, and events are available in both English and Spanish.

How can families request childcare, transportation, or elder care?

Simply register on our Helping Hands website or app and post your needs. Our team and volunteers will help connect you with support.

How can I become a volunteer or offer resources?

Sign up through our app to list what you can offer—rides, childcare, meals, or skills. You’ll be matched with families in need.

Is there a cost to use HHVV?

No. HHVV is a nonprofit hub. Some partner services may have fees, but we’re always transparent about costs.

Happy Feet Dance Adventures (HFDA)

What ages do you serve for kids’ dance classes?

We offer programs for toddlers through teens, with classes tailored to each age group’s needs and abilities.

Do you offer birthday party packages?

Yes! We bring dance, games, and fun to your party. Packages are customized for your child’s age and theme.

What styles of dance do you teach?

We teach ballet, jazz, hip hop, creative movement, and Ready Set Dance programs, plus Zumbini for babies and caregivers.

Can parents stay and watch, or is it drop-off?

Both options are available. Some parents enjoy staying, while others use the time to run errands—whatever works best for your family.

What fitness classes do you offer for seniors?

We specialize in Zumba Gold, Chair Zumba, Aqua Aerobics, and wellness programs designed to keep seniors active, safe, and social.

Do you provide one-on-one wellness testing and training?

Yes. With a degree in Exercise Science, Andrea offers personalized fitness assessments and programs to meet your health goals.

What is CIRCL Mobility, and who is it for?

CIRCL Mobility is a program that improves flexibility, balance, and recovery. It’s great for athletes, beginners, and anyone wanting to move better.

Do you offer chair or aqua classes for limited mobility?

Yes! Chair classes and water-based exercise are gentle on joints while still improving strength and endurance.

How do you set up the Plegium Smart Emergency Button and Smart Emergency Button Wearable?

1. Download the Plegium app from the App Store or Google Play. Create an account and follow the setup instructions in the app. Make sure to grant the app permission to use Bluetooth and location services.

2. Connect your emergency button to the app by tapping "Add device" on the home screen, then entering the four-digit code found on the back of the product. You can also add your device by going to Settings > Nearby Plegium Devices and finding your device in the list.

3. Add emergency contacts by clicking "Add contact" in the app and selecting cell phone numbers from your phone's contact list. With the free app version you'll be able to add up to 2 emergency contacts, with Premium and Plus up to 7.

Yes. We create a safe, supportive space where women can train together and build confidence.

Can businesses or groups book private self-defense workshops?

Absolutely. We offer team trainings for real estate offices, gyms, schools, and community groups.

How do I donate, sponsor, or partner with AMVV?

Where are your classes and events located?

We bring programs to gyms, rec centers, libraries, and community spaces across Eagle County, including Eagle, Gypsum, and Vail.

What is your cancellation/refund policy?

If you can’t attend, please let us know as soon as possible. Some classes are non-refundable, but we do our best to offer credits or rescheduling.
